Kimono

De mi viaje a Japón me traje muchas cosas: mucha cosmética, mucha papelería, unos pendientes vintage maravillosos de Chanel y no me podía venir sin un kimono. Y la verdad es que llegué a perder la esperanza porque vi muchísimos pero algunos tenían precios que estaban fuera de mi rango, otros eran demasiado tradicionales y poco adaptables a ponérmelos aquí hasta que un día por casualidad en Kioto vi una tienda ideal donde había kimonos que me gustaban todos, la mala suerte fue que estaban cerrando y no me pudieron atender. La buena suerte es que esa misma marca tenía otra tienda en Kobe y me la encontré por casualidad y, reconozco que le di muchas vueltas a si realmente lo iba a usar, pero acabé comprándome este modelo que me tiene enamorada. El estampado es maravilloso y el tacto de la tela lo es todavía más. Para estrenarlo lo combiné con un mono negro pero creo que con vaqueros y una camisa/camiseta blanca también quedará genial.

I bought a lot of things in my travel to Japan: skin care, stationary, the most beautiful vintage Chanel earrings and I can't come back without a kimono. And I have to admit that I almost lost the hope at one point because I saw a lot of kimonos all over Japan: some of them were really expensive for me, other ones were too tradicional and finally I found an store in Kioto with the perfect kimonos, but the store was closing and I was leaving the next day. Luckily for me I found the same brand in another store in Kobe and I love each model. I love this kimono, love the print and love the fabrics. To wear it for the first time I also wore a black jumpsuit but I also have in mind to wear it with jeans and a simple white shirt or tshirt.
